Therapeutic Massage
Looking for a targeted approach to help relieve some muscle tension? Chose a 30, 60 or 90 minute therapeutic massage to work out those kinks and trigger points. A variety of massage techniques may be utilized to help you achieve your goals. Aromatherapy may also be utilized, and can be requested at no extra charge.
We value communication during our therapeutic massage sessions. Choosing this type of massage means you will be asked questions about your pain levels during the session and you could be assessed for trigger points, soft tissue tension, mobility and other relevant items that will help us develop a customized treatment plan. This is not your typical massage. We value bringing you results to help you have a better quality of life.

Medical Massage
Recovering from injury, surgery, or a chronic health condition affecting your soft tissue? Medical massage is the tailored solution you need, offered in 30 or 60-minute sessions, often scheduled 1-3 times a week. We assess your condition and create a customized plan to address your unique needs. If you've recently undergone surgery, please obtain your physician's approval before starting treatment with us.

Pre-Natal/ Post-Natal Massage
Indulge in the pampering care you deserve during our side-laying pre-natal massages, providing relaxation for post-natal moms. Post-natal moms are welcome to bring their babies, allowing for a comfortable face-up massage while holding their little one. Opt for this massage within 12 weeks post-partum, with sessions available in 60 or 90 minutes.
